The North East Medical College Central Library is situated in the 2nd Floor of the main college building. In addition, there are departmental miniature libraries for references. The Library supports all academic activities of College through provision of wide range of services. About 1600 books and Journals are available in the Library. In addition there are two computers with Internet facilities and about 60 different medical software’s are available for use. All books and journals are properly indexed and catalogued.

There are three reading rooms with accommodation for about 150 students at a time. Books can be borrowed from the college Library for use in reading rooms and also for home use for limited period.
