Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Directorate General of Health Services conducted an inspection at the North East Medical College and Hospital.

The President of the inspection team was Prof. Dr. A.B.M. Jamal, Additional Director General of Medical Education, accompanied by other esteemed members, including Prof. Dr. Iqbal Arslan BM & DC, Prof. Mohammed Rahul Kuddus DS, Dr. Mijtahid Mohammad Hossain, Director of Medical Education, Dr. Mohammed Mahbubur Rahman, Additional Director of Medical Education, and Prof. Dr. Shishir Chakraborty, Dean of the School of Medicine.

We would also like to acknowledge the presence of the Principal of North East Medical College, Prof. Dr. Shahiar Hussain Chowdhury, the Chairman of the Governing Body, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Afzal Miah, the Director of NEMPL, Dr. Iqbal Hossain Chowdhury, and other teaching staff members during the inspection.
